So I finally decided on a name for the product I’m working on. Long story short: It will be called Scribo (scriboapp.com) =) The reason is that it’s simple and it does make sense since Scribo is latin and means “to write”.
It’s been a while sine the last post and I’ve been busy. Currently I’m working with an incredibly talented guy on the application icon for Scribo. Also a lot of effort is being put into optimizing the workflow within Scribo. I want it to be flexible and work both for users who are using the mouse as their primary navigation tool and for those who prefer the keyboard (which includes me). Therefor a lot of paper prototyping has been done in the past two months to ensure a simple user experience.
I’ll be back with more information as soon as possible…

but will be so good to make typing with it as fast as Emacs + AucTeX?
And are you planning on any iPad version?

iPad version is tempting.. And I’ve been thinking alot about it.. right now my main focus is developing a great application for the Mac… But iPad is very very interesting..
